It took me forever to get to sleep last night and it usually does
But when I woke up this morning I only had one partial seizure
usually it is multitudes of them

Last nite I had about 8 partial seizures and I know it was because
I was sleep deprived and just couldn't get to sleep

the more i worry the more I stress and then seize but I'm afraid to go
to sleep due to my many years of grand mals during my sleep

My veeg showed the seizure patterns

I woke up this morning refreshed after all this going on here

If people only knew what we go through with nocturnal epilepsy

Keppra has absorbed most of my hundreds of seizures

I have yet to know any AED that has fully controlled all of my seizures

and then I get irrg heart beats at times and this morning were hardly any
seizures

and my heart seem to be beating the right way

So I just lied here and tried to enjoy every moment of it

I have taken note that this morning it is 62 degrees out and no humidity and

not very sunny. I still feel my seizures are weather induced with high humidity

and hot weather and then when a storm is on the way my head hurts really bad

and if the temperatures does a big change from 40 to 80 degrees I always have

migranes and partials and this is when I'm on my aeds. I am going to put things

in my seizure diary now
