thanks for the suggestion, im a little concernd though and i dont in
anyway wish to alarm you but i was told by my Gp that i couldnt have
sleping pills because of the ant convolsaries i take, 'youd never wake
up' that may well just be the pills im on ah

The brain is very powerful and I know seeing I have the majority of my seizures just before awaking, there are things I know that will set me off for sure....
