ya'll posting about aspartame in diet drinks I thought I
would give it a try. I stopped drinking my diet dr. peppers and am
only drinking coffee and regular dr. peppers. This is very hard for me
because I am addicted. My head has felt clearer and I have had less
problems. I do have absence seizures and have had less problems the
last 2 to 3 days.
By the way, I had a CT scan done on the 28th and it showed no problems
but when I had the sleep deprived EEG done I had a lot of problems. I
didn't respond to the stobe light or the breathing with any seizures
perse, just headache, but I had numerous jerks and a couple of mini
GTCs.
I hope this helps my doctor. The clinician suggested a sleep study
with the EEG.
