Hello, my name is Jay Lennox from M Force located in Chicago, a
national marketing research firm. We are conducting a marketing
research study on behalf of a major pharmaceutical company, which
manufactures some of the leading drugs in the treatment for
Epilepsy. We are looking for ways to improve the lives of
patients with Epilepsy and we'd like to talk to people with Epilepsy
or their care givers to get opinions. Please be assured we are not
selling anything and the information gathered will remain
confidential and be used for research purposes only.

We plan to incorporate your opinions into how we educate patients
better about epilepsy and our product. We would like to ask you
just a few questions about your condition to see if you qualify to
participate in our research project. If you do, and if you feel
comfortable discussing this topic, we would like you to participate
in a focus group with other Epilepsy patients/or their caregivers.
Your information will be kept completely confidential – it will only
be used for research purposes. The focus group will take
approximately two hours on Wednesday June 16th and you will receive
