The brain needs Omega 3 fatty acids to function well. If you are not
getting enough through diet (cold water fatty fish) then supplements are
important.
I choose to give my son flaxseed oil mixed with plain yoghurt as the
source of Omega-3s..... and it has helped. He gets about 3 tablespoons
daily.
The other source is wild salmon oil and it is important to take enough....
caps become cost inefficient.
