Re: Dear Listmates..Sorry..I just NEED TO VENT

Adrianne,

You should still be covered under your parents' insurance, because
your seizures were diagnosed before you turned 18. I was. I
suffered from seizures from the age of 14 months, until I was 33,
and I was covered under my dad's insurance until after my successful
surgery. Whether or not I had a job, I was covered. Also, some
states have an insurance program for those who don't have
insurance. Check with your local County Health Department about
that option, and if it is available in your state. And, there's
always the option of Medical/Disability if you qualify.

Do not be afraid to ask for help.

Alison
