Dear Listmates..Sorry..I just NEED TO VENT   Message List

Re: [epilepsy-testimonials] Dear Listmates..Sorry..I just NEED TO VENT

Hi everyone...

My son experienced seizures for about 8 months, from the age of 2
on, and it took us that long to get them to stop. He's been seizure
free since Oct '04 after trying 3 different meds. The one that's
worked miracles for him is Trileptal. The doc thinks they may
never come back.

Anyway, I wanted to reply to everyone to let you all know about
something that I would be trying in a HEARTBEAT if he wasn't
already experiencing good results, and it's called "The Healing
Codes".

I don't make a dime for telling you about it in any way, but I
think it's something that is definitely worth a shot if you're concerned
about your seizures.

I won't go into detail about what it's all about, but I bet it's
something you've probably never seen before. People have
experienced miraculous recoveries from all sorts of conditions,
and it has nothing to do with taking some junky supplement.

I'm in the field of Internet Marketing, and I have tons of contacts
whom I found out about this through, and everyone raves about
it. I found out about it from one of my contacts, and he did a
teleseminar with the founders, and I was impressed.

I suggest going to their web site at www.healingcodes.com, and
look around. Click on the "Teleseminars" link on the left side of
the page and see when the next one is, and listen in to the call
to hear what they say. Also get on their email list so you can be
kept up to date on their calls.

The best thing about their program is that it has a 90 day money
back guarantee, and this makes it a no brainer to at least check
out to see if it works for you... regardless of the price. Especially
since you won't be putting any pills down your throat that you
have no idea of their contents.

If this email sounds a little "salesy", I apologize because that's
sort of what I do. I market stuff on the Internet, but I am not
marketing this stuff, and I DO NOT make a dime for telling
you about it.

I simply know first hand how much it stinks to have to live with
seizures, especially after spending 3 days in Riley Children's
Hospital in Indianapolis watching my son poked and prodded
like crazy, and I wanted to make the suggestion to you all to
at least go and listen to what they have to say, read their web
site, and then make up your mind if you think it's worth a shot
to take them up on their offer, knowing you have 90 days to
see if it works.

Good luck to you all. I know how frustrating things must be
for you.

Take care,

Andy Hussong

I realize I never post on here, and only rarely read the messages that come to my inbox but I am starting to get worried.

I had my first seizures when I was 6 months old. They came and went every few years - my parents hid the fact that I had epilepsy from me - my mother would rather believe that i was mentally ill than that I had epilepsy - even was checking me into a mental institution as a result of what she should have been fully aware was a seizure.

When I was 14 I had three seizures in school and was put on medicine. I had a great doctor - Imad Jarjour in Pittsburgh. After 2 1/2 years I told him I wanted off the meds and he agreed. He kept an eye on me for a while and then told me I no longer had epilepsy. In the beginning he told me that my feelings of de ja vu were really mini seizurs that I had been having (I started keeping a dream journal so I know that my dreams really did come true, even if it was only a minute here or there, and rarely about anything significant.) After being put on the medicine I didn't have any dreams come true for a long time, so I agreed they must have been the result of epilepsy.

I just graduated college in December and as a result I don't have any health insurance. I had a few dreams come true last semester, and now they are coming true several times a week, however briefly - something as simple as realizing I was eating fruit loops, while posting on a thread vary similar to a dream I had last month (I haven't eaten cereal in years) was enough to bring that strange feeling that I was told was de ja vu back.

I am getting really worried that these might be a sign of returning seizures. But since I don't have any health insurance at all, I am reluctant to go to the doctors. i am not sure what I should do.

thank you Michael,

I will try to contact them on Monday...but I doubt if they will be able to send someone to the school on such short notice.
Maybe I can postpone the meeting until I can get someone from the Epilepsy Foundation to be there AND/OR an Advocate.

I was told that the Advocates may not be able to make the meeting on Thursday, because it is such short notice...I fear that I will have the same problem with the Epilepsy Foundation as well...
BUT...all I can do is give it a shot.
I have nothing to lose..{except for my mind.. ;)  }

thank you so very much for your support..
hugs
&
blessings,
Dee
