Epilepsy-Kids offers support and information primarily for parents and caregivers of children diagnosed with any form of epilepsy. From time to time, others who are not a parent or caregiver of a child with epilepsy participate in the group (e.g., physicians, nurses, therapists, others with epilepsy).

Discussions include treatment options such as AEDs, VNS, surgery, ketogenic/Atkins diet, and various alternative treatments. Discussions also include medical care and health insurance issues; therapies such as speech, PT, and OT; school and IEP issues; living with a child with epilepsy; and much more.
