Hi Kay - the old dose of ephedra was usually around 25mg - as stated. FDA now says it can't contain more than 10 mg (or it actually might be 12) ephed....
lipodrene does have 25mg's in it per pill...but it doesn't feel near as strong as the older stuff (aka...hydroxycut and ripped fuel, i think)...and another...
