OK, I'm new to this forum...
Do you buy the herb or powder? And then what how do you ingest it? If you make a "tea", how is that done (clearly I'm not big on tea, so I'm inexprienced in that area, too <G>)... if a powder, what do you do with THAT?
I would love to start being able to use this again, but if I'm not popping the pill I need instructions <G>

Hi! I have spent hundreds of dollars on the over-priced ebay on
ephedra! Finally...I have found a place to purchase Ephedra/Ma Huang at
a very reasonable price...I want to share it with everyone! I do not
want anyone paying the kind of prices I paid on ebay!!!
The company is bombayherbs, and their website is www.bombayherbs.com
Man, they sell their ephedra for only $14.95!!!!!!!!!! I have placed
several orders and this stuff is organic and fresh! Go visit them and
you'll be very, very happy!
Let's spread the good word about Ma Huang! 3000 years of use cannot be
wrong!
