I don't know if the caffeine is necessary. I just threw away a lot of
these ephedra OFF SHOOTS because they are laced with high doses of
caffeine and I've been tweaking at weird times through out the day.
I'm completely tired now that I'm off them, but the caffeine we making
my life way to difficult to manage. I felt out of control and unable
to focus. i hope they bring the old ephedra back. I'll back a
lifetime supply.
