Exactly. The more mgs of ephedra extract, the more ephedrine
content. 25mg of ephedra extract is almost "zero" mgs of ephedrine... ....thats
why it's legal; it doesnt work.

 

I no longer use "herbal ephedra" at all anymore. I now use ephedrine HCL (25mg),
caffeine and aspirin...does the job for me, although many might disagree and
prefer herbal to chemical.

 

The pre-ban ephedra products (remember Synedrex from Anabolic Nutrition?) worked
wonders..... ....  mk

Been noticing a lot of those almost everywhere. You must look for the

amount of Ephedrine Alkaloids and not just the ephedra. The Alkaloids

could be from Ephedra, Ma Huang or Sida Cordifolia. But it must have

it in order for it to work. Otherwise get a cheaper ephedra free diet

from eBay a lot cheaper.
