Hi, I am new to yahoo group , so please bear with me here. I have been
taking ephedra capsules for about 15 years for severe chronic fatigue
syndrome.
Now that it is banned in USA, i am weakening very quickly .
I have tried the ephedra with caffeine and green tea capsules;
however, the caffeine makes me nauseated and after 3 hours I crash.
Instant weakness and can not keep my eyes open.
My question is: Since you are talking about the ephedra tea bags, can
they be purchased still in the USA ?
Also, does anyone know if ephedra is legal in Canada ?
Any helpful information would be appreciated; I am really at a loss as
to what to do here as ephedra is the only supplement that gives me
energy to function.
I am so saddened by the withdrawal of ephedra as it helped me so much
Thank you
Debby M

that boost I was used to. After experimenting, I found that if I
measured out 2 TBLSP. into a tea strainer and poured boiling water
over the leaves, then let them sit for about 10-20 minutes to
"steep".That seems to makes the most effective tea. I concentrate it,
then pour it over ice and make an "iced ephedra" tea. I sweeten it
with Stevia if needed. Hope this helps. Sarah

more to each subsequent batch. Seems to work well and saves $$$
