I am considering taking Ephedra and would like more information on
safe dosages.
What was your doctors recommendation for taking Ephedra.
Example:
Don't take over 10 mgs per day.
Take 3 10 mgs tablets per day on an empty stomach.
Don't take with XXX.
Etc.
Your advice is appreciated.
