First off, why does anyone want to mix aspirin w/ephedra...not
judging,just sayin'. Anyway, Dump a couple teaspoons in very hot
water (like what comes outa your coffee pot) and let sit for 15
minutes. Strain thru a strainer or coffee filter. Everybody has
their own doses, whether for diet or recreation. Start w/a couple
teaspoons. Caffeine, yes..and other things which may be legal in
