Any recommendations on which products?
I miss ephedra mainly because it kept my excess weight off (because I
USED it, I didnt ABUSE it- as Im sure most of you here will agree- it
Freakin' works!)

However, I am also curious if any of you out there have ADD and find
that ephedra keeps many symptoms in check. I remember the first time I
ever took it and I had this clear focus that is totally RARE for me. I
could actually do things one at a time and not forget what I was doing
all the time.

Ive heard that some ADDers self-med with caffiene, but its just not the
same for me as ephedra was :-(
