I've been reading over the posts about the E S powder from Mountain
Rose Herbs. Thank you guys for sharing your knowledge so freely! It
has been tremendous help.

There are just a few things I need to clarify before I order:

1)Is the powder listed on their website the one that you guys are
recommending or do we still have to call and ask specifically for it?

2) Is it the stem or the leaves that I need to ask for? I know Holt
said leaves in a more recent post, but I've seen stems mentioned a
lot, so I'm thinking maybe they're interchangeable? I also am
gathering that the one that is listed in the product section online is
made from stems.

3)Is 2 tsp the correct dosage for tea?

4)How many capsules of what size ("0" or "00") are equivalent to the
tea strength?


Thanks in advance for your help ~ If the answers are right there I
apologize! I've looked around for a couple of hours now and I may
just be too tired to see it!
