I read somewhere in the forum to use about 2 heaping teaspoons to make
tea, but I'm not sure about the capsule size to order and I'm
wondering the same thing myself.
Also wondering if the 6 - 8 capsules is equivalent to the 2 tsp tea...

Thats a good blast of E, Damia. Stacking it w/caffeine I can understand, but not aspirin. Keep it natural as in the willow bark (Aspin Tree...hense..) Q?: Why...
