The ephedrine alkaloids is what you should be concerned about.
Doesn't matter if it comes from Ma Huang, Ephedra or Sida Cordifolia.
They are all natural herbs that yield the ephedrine alkdaloids.
Careful with the new ephedra extract supplements that do not contain
any ephedrine at all. Those are the ephedra that have no ephedrine
content to comply with the new FDA ban. It is junk. Save your money.
