Submit a WRITTEN dispute, along with the www.com address, etc. If you call, you
dont preserve your rights under law. The credit card company should delay your
responsibility for the bill until the investigation is over. If they try and
come back with "you were trying to buy a banned product," you can explain that
the purchase itself was within parameters. Vendors can sell out their exisiting
stock until depleted...

Hi everyone, Hapy New Year to all of you. Has anyone here ever bought
from the web site "Buy Ephedra Online.Com"?? I got this source from
here on our group awhile back so I tried to purchase the original
stacker back on 12/18. They still haven't sent me the product and they
charged me again on 1/01 without my consent. So I have been charged
twice for a product that I have yet to receive. Just wondering if any
