I used Ephedra on and off from 2000 until 2004 and maintained my
weight loss. My metabolism was wonderful. My doctor found nothing
wrong with me taking Ephedra. I had a physical prior to taking
Ephedra. In fact, my Doctor began including his nurse, to take
Ephedra. I had fellow collegues who began to take Ephedra because
they couldn't loose the weight; none had any side affects. My doctor
as I had been in the past, on RX diet pills, which caused heart
palpitations for me, and I was way too hyper.

In conjunction with taking Ephedra, I could eat without fear, because
Ephedra controlled my appetite desires. I lost 40 pounds and kept it
off until they foolishly banned Ephedra. My cholesterol went down,
due to eating correctly, becuase I had no cravings for sugar. I was
finally eating right. I no longer needed anti-depressant medicine,
because I wasn't depressed.

If people would just have their doctors check them over, and monitor
their weight loss and use their brains, then using Ephedra, as with
all OVER the counter medicine, there wouldn't be a problem.

I have regained my weight and my metabolism is down to nothing. Put
it back on the Market so that we can loose the weight, feel good,
feel young and look good. I call the FDA - the Federal Devils
Association because they interfere enough to cause distraction and
confusion. Shame on them. Please fight this, and do all that can be
done to put Ephedra back on the market.
