I am wondering if anyone on this board has ever experienced shortness
of breath when taking ephedra? I started taking ephedra again about 2
months ago after a break of several years. I have been running 6
miles at a time a few days a week for the last few years though.
After being on the ephedra for 2 months I can only run about 2 miles
now before my lungs feel like they are going to burst. This is the
only thing that I've done differently lately. It never happened to me
my previous times taking it though. Does anyone know anything about
this? I thought ephedra was sometimes used to open the airways???
