I ground up some Ephedra, ad took a spoonful. Yuck!

But wham, I felt the soreness go away. But I still
felt like crap

I inspected the ingredients of the Zantrex and
Xenadrine.

Part of the secret behind those two lie within the
herbs Damiana (Zantrex) and fermented Salvia
(Xenadrine)

I'v had bad trips with that stuff, it's supposed to
make you feel high, but the side effect is that it
makes you sweat, and your mouth taste like you've
eaten a glass full of the juices of overripe and
underripe fruit. I hate that feeling. So I am sending
both back to Target as soon as I find all I need to
return them. Receipt's around here somewhere.

Anyways, I'm sticking to plain Ephedra, Caffeine and
multivitamin, with plenty of water.

I checked the patent detail for Zantrex-3, it
describes how they combined three herbs, Guarana,
Yerba Mate, and Damiana to mess with your body. It is
a Denmark-based patent. The Xenadrine patent ferments
Salvia Sclarea in a different way, with sulfuric acid,
to extract its active ingredient, to effect your body
similarly. Ugh.

Get me away from that stuff. Wow I feel a whole lot
better now since I got a spoonful of ephedra. No
soreness, or depressive feeling with damiana or
salvia.

It may seem that I have become dependent on ephedra.
Meh, as long as I don't use more than a spoonful, and
drink plenty of water, I'll be fine.

I just received my order from TWS. The twigs and leaf

At first look, wow, it looks like a bag of tobacco.

I'm going to get out my Moulinex grinder and grind a
bit of it, and take it in this stack:

I adjusted the amount of caffeine in my old ECA stack
(which has become the ZCA stack) and the
headache is gone.

Unfortunately, I still have a terrible stuffy nose,and
this morning, my neck hurt a whole lot, probably
from my sniffling overnight - Zantrex does NOTHING for
my sinuses. My neck hurts so much, that it feels
like I have whiplash. I don't want to be taking piles

Yeah, I bought the product whose manufacturer is the
one fighting to adulterate Ephedra. I am very
pessimistic about recieving my Ephedra twig & leaf
pieces order, I just probably wasted $90 on that. I
am writing it off as a gambling loss, because I have a
lot of money ever since internet gambling has
been felonized.

I bought Zantrex and I just tried it. Yuk! Caffeine
headache and nausea, I remember getting it when I
tried one of those other ephedra free fat burners. I
have to put up with it... because Ephedra is
gone, probably for good pretty soon, since there are
dock siezures by the Coast Guard. And a
complete adulteration document may be in the works,
felonizing Ephedra, Heartleaf, and Sida
Cordifolia
as methamphetamine precursors, citing that
pseudoephedrine may be used to
produce methamphetamine.

We're pretty much fighting a losing war here.

I have to work on even more intense focused relaxation
methods, as Zantrex is
also making me irritable as heck.

I have no choice but to put up with it.

The crap I got from Ancient Way is ephedra root, totally useless, and
doesn't fix my soreness and stiffness, it is just like a common
prescription heart medicine to lower blood pressure. Using it in
place of real, whole or aerial powder ephedrine in my old ECA stack,
it doesn't help.

I lose focus, I am slipping at work, I am making so many mistakes
that I wind up wasting time correcting a lot of them. I am prepared
to ask for reduced duty detail if this keeps up.

More bad news from my doctor: I have gained 7 pounds. So I now have
to sacrifice what little energy I have left to do a workout which
uses up all the rest of my energy. I might have to give up plans for
my own small business venture, as I have no energy to complete my
idea.

All the sources of ephedra dried up, all I could get are seeds from
Horizon Herbs, and wait 3 years for the stuff to come up.

By then the Internet would be changed completely, and my idea would
no longer be valid, as compouter software and e-commerce would be
changed drastically by then.

Is there any help out there so I can save my business from falling
into the void?

I've been buying powdered ephedra, and mixing a level spoonful of it
