I am not sure jack why it wouldn't show for you.  All I can tell you is to try it again.  There are two different links.  The first one will take you too the site and you have to enter the card number they give you in the email.  The second link already has the number and should take you too the card.  Try both ways...hope it will work for you.  Have a happy Easter.
