Hello Everybody,

Last week Dr. Barbara set the ball rolling for our thoughts on
Replenishment and Joy. Thanks to all those who shared their views on
the same.

Dr. Barbara has more food for our thought in the form of another
Gateway: Coming Home or Going Away, Finding Tribes in Which to
Belong. Belongingness is what each woman craves for. She doesn't want
to remain isolated. By nature a women is caring and sharing -
resulting into her association with many a tribes. She automatically
belongs to certain groups - by birth, by marriage, office colleagues,
religious associations, connection through her children and so on. To
be connected to the right tribe (group) becomes the dilemma of her
life. To exercise this choice one has to understand one's own self
before identifying one with any of such tribes.

Over the next few days take time to brainstorm with yourself on this,
review your associations in the light of her thoughts and share your
views with us all.
