Dear Members of our wonderful e-group, I haven't heard from anyone in awhile. I hope all of you are fine even in this time of stress. One of my dearest women friends told me that she reduced her stress last week by dancing for a hour or so, with headphones on. She was all alone in an upstairs room and just let herself go. She imagined sending spirals of positive female energy out into the world as she danced. She also imagined dancing with all the wonderful women she has known over the years and together (I was included, I am proud to say) we sent out love and hope and caring and prayer to all the world. I think it was a wonderful thing that she did. In Jewish Mysticism they say that even positive energy and prayer done privately really flows out into the universe. I hope so.
