Hi Everyone!

I too had a wonderful 4th of July - what had turned out from my daughter inviting a few friends over became a fun-filled party with the addition of some of my friends who 'just happened' to call or be in the area visiting. What a wonderful day we had with the many of our friends enjoying a game of pool volley ball in our swimming pool, eating Italian sausage, hamburgers, corn-on-the-cob, salads & watermelon. It couldn't have turned out better if it had been planned! I was thrilled & since I'm struggling along (having broken my wrist a week ago), I felt that I'd been given a wonderful gift -- the friendship, love & support of all who shared the day with me.

I hope all of you had a great 4th - I'd love to hear some of your stories too.

Dear All,  I hope everybody had a great fourth of July!  I did.  I enjoyed our home and guests and lots of hotdogs.  It was just what it should have been-hot, good fun, feeling connected to loved ones.  I feel very blessed.  I wish the same for you!

Yesterday I led a chatroom that Womensnet sponsored.  It was on Finding Joy in All the Right Places.  We talked about a definition of joy, how to help ourselves when there are problems and got to know each other a little.  I loved doing it.  One woman was from London, another Minnesota, another Connecticut!  Can you imagine all the small miracles involved in this chat taking place?

Hope to hear from you soon and let me know if some of you would like to chat.  We can have a chat just for the e-group even.  I'm very open to ideas.
