My name is Patty. I grew up feeling my name was special because
there wasn't many of us with that name around. Also there are so
many dirivatives of it: Pat, Patti, Patricia, Patrice. I once looked
up the origin and meaning of it, it is a feminine version of Patrick,
which means Noble. And since my astrological sign was Leo (the
lion), I felt doubly Noble. :-)

I doubt that I will ever have kids, but I used to love looking
through name books and naming by dolls and/or pets. I find that I'm
am drawn to virtuous names such as "Patience", "Faith", "Hope", and
also geography names such as "Sierra", "Asia", "London". And also
colorful names such as "Jade", "Scarlet", "Bianca".
