Hi Barbara & All,

After reading your message about the meaning of the word "enchanted",
I had to comment. I personally, now & from the beginning of our
association, have always understood the word "enchantment" to mean
living a wonderful life, full of meaning & joy. I never took the word
to mean a "spell" - as in casting unwilling control over someone. I'd
like to use the word 'ridiculous' regarding that interpretation. I
think The Enchanted Self has been widely understood & accepted - & if
anything, it has a lovely "feel" that expresses your theory 'in a
word' as they say.

The word 'enchanted' has led to many wonderful things since the
inception of The Enchanted Self - it has led to beautiful artistic
expressions through dance, music, writing, the Web, in workshops, TV,
radio, etc. - none of which have ever been "inspired" to create
a "spell" over anyone. If there are any spells that are to be had,
they come from within everyone who has had the good fortune to be
able to reach into their innermost selves & find a place of warmth,
love, joy & happiness - leaving them with an ethereal glow of
pleasure - & if THAT is considered a "spell", well then -- go for it!
