Hi again,

I was delighted to get your input on my email Rebecca, Doreen &
Barbara. It sounds like we're all in touch with the same energy &
have had our own experiences that, in my book, can only prove that
these "intuitions" are very real.

I've been reading about the Essene's recently. They were a small
group of individuals preceding the birth of Christ & were very
spiritual. They cared for the earth, lived in a communal environment
& shared with everyone, including strangers - there wasn't any
"ownership" of anything. Apparently the virgin Mary & Christ were
both followers/students of this group.

I won't go into more detail; but I found some interesting facts that
I was unaware of, one in particular regarding Angels. In the Aramaic
language, the word "angel" did not mean a humanoid creature with
white flowing robes & wings. It meant "power" or "energy". So, when
they prayed to "angels", they were actually tapping into the energies
& powers of the universe & the earth.

OK, with that said, let me get back into focus with the original
topic of positive thinking/Divine Intervention. I've noticed that
when my prayers have been answered, I get what is referred to as that
"Ah Ha!" experience. Often I've felt an intense surge of energy -
like a warm tingling - that runs through my body from head to toe.
It's at those moments that I realize that "Hey! Here's my answer!" I
love it when that happens.

As Barbara mentioned, she hadn't noticed the word "Hope" before when
she walked over the bridge she'd walked over hundreds of times - but
at the time that word popped out at her, it might have been at a time
when she needed to be reminded of that!

Call it coincidence (yet they say there's no such thing as
coincidences), but I truly believe that we're shown what we need to
know when the time is right. I also believe that if you pray for a
good thing - a positive thing - (not in an attempt to manipulate
tho), we'll usually get what we ask for in some way. Of course, there
are some things we're just not supposed to get. I suspect that it's
because we are working on a life lesson & it's important to
experience certain things in order to learn that lesson.

Very often those lessons are not happy ones. That's why I think it's
very important for us to work on the positive aspects of our lives
(our Enchanted Selves of course!), so that we can take the sad times
of our lives and look upon them with the idea that it is perhaps a
lesson, it's not forever (tho it may seem to be at times) & we will
be stronger in the end.

During those trying times, it's important to keep in mind the good
things we've experienced in our lives and to try to keep some degree
of gratitude for what we're going through. That last part is
certainly difficult, I know all too well. But if I can look at it
with a positive mindset, I can usually get through it.

I'll give a brief example of what I'm trying to say: Many years ago I
was newly divorced, had terrible financial problems & got laid off
from my job. I didn't know what to do & was sitting around on the
"pitty pot" & thinking I had the worst luck in the world. Just about
the time I was at the end of my rope, I received a letter from an old
friend. She told me her story of the many tragic things she had just
faced in her own life. At the end of the letter, I put it down &
burst out laughing! Not at her, but at myself. My woes were peanuts
compared to what she had gone through!

I learned something very valuable from that. Not just that there's
someone else who is suffering more than yourself, but that we can &
do survive our dark times & we come out all the stronger for it. I
think that's when I decided that I could help others by sharing what
I'd learned. I continue to try to do that & I believe that's why
Barbara was sent to me when she needed a graphic artist to help her
out with her t-shirts, etc.! "No such thing as coincidences!"

Keep sharing everyone, I love it! Thanks for listening too!

Berni
