Theme for the 2009 events: Awakening the Healer in You

We provide the key ingredients, you are the master healer for yourself!

To welcome the new beginning of year 2009, we offer the "Awakening the Healer in
You  -
one energy system at a time" series.  In the span of this year, we will lead the
group to
work on Energy Testing, Meridians, Chakras, Auras, Triple Warmer and the Strange
Flows,
the Five Elements, and much more.

The study group is more than learning and practicing the techniques in Eden
Energy
Medicine.  It's about self-discovery, self-healing, giving and receiving.  In
each study
group meeting, we review and deepen the fundamentals, introduce something new,
monitor our own energy systems, and give and receive an energy balance treatment
in the
hands-on practice.

When we awake the healer in us, we will be taking part in "healing" our
universe.  Recall
the Universal Law:  As Above, So Below.  What does that mean?  When we lose
balance in
our system, as most of us have by disconnecting from Nature, the system does
present us
with reflections of those imbalances, which in turn are reflected in our social
and political
imbalances.  However, when we balance our systems, we restore balance in Nature.
And
how do we bring balance back and repair our connection with Mother Earth?  Debra
Hurt
Burchard, an EEMCP faculty member, says is it very eloquently:
The dynamic conversation between the human body and the Earth body provides
mutual
benefit.
For us:
· Connection to planetary rhythms which help all body systems to function at
optimal
efficiency.
· Connection to every other part of nature: human, animal, vegetable, mineral
that is
"hooked up"to the planet.
·  A feeling of stability and foundation that the body cannot create on its own,
but
desperately needs.
For the Earth:
·  The excess energy that we discharge from our Physical, Emotional, Mental,
Spiritual
processes can be recycled into natural systems.
We have a more intimate knowledge of the consequences of our actions for our
human
family as
well as the family of Nature and show greater respect for the planet.

If you have been wanting to make a shift, to live your life to the fullest, come
join us in the
journey of self healing and self empowering.  As we change our vibration, we
change the
Earth's vibration.  ;-)

Energy Testing- Know your own energy system (Regular Study Group 9:30- 11:30 am)
Wouldn't it be nice to "SEE" energy like Donna, so you can spot the critical
energy
blockages, and optimize energy exercises for maximum benefit?  You can, by
energy
testing.
We will practice and sharpen our Energy testing skill.  It's easy and fun to
learn.  It's a skill
that will grow with practice.  We will practice energy testing in small groups
with the help
of 3 facilitators. A chart will be provided to log your own energy "condition"
and your
energy homework (a few simple exercises most important to you).
Time permits, we will review and practice the quickie energy balancer.

For the hands-on practice (11:30 am-1:00 pm), we will introduce the "Black Pearl
Sanctuary". This precious technique nurtures the blood, calms Triple Warmer, and
brings
the hypothalamus ("The Black Pearl") into a state of grace.  It brings you into
a deep sense
of safety so your spirit can soar.

Regular Study Group 9:30am- 11:30 am ($10)
We will start our regular study group meeting promptly at 9:30 am, focusing on
self-
healing exercises and techniques.

Regular study group + Hands-on Practice   9:30 am-1:00 pm ($20 for both)
For those interested in learning EM techniques in-depth, and to practice on each
other,
you are required to attend the regular study group, then continue for the
hands-on
practice.


What to bring for this meeting:
- Bring massage tables or yoga mats for the hands-on Practice session.  Bring a
pillow if
you like.
- Bring Donna's Energy Medicine book, and hand-outs from previous study group. 
We'd
like to minimize printing materials you already have - doing our part for a
green
environment.  (New comers, just show up, you will be provided with material for
this
meeting.)
- Bring water (keep yourself hydrated).  A water fountain is located outside in
the court
yard.

Monthly Meetings on a Saturday Morning
Facilitated by Donna Eden's Advanced Students and Informal Practitioners

Join us! Together, we study and practice simple and effective energy
medicine techniques.  This class is for everyone:  from the layperson,
interested in better health to the healthcare professional.  The class
is fun, uplifting, and offers a wealth of useful tools based on Donna
Eden's style of Energy Medicine.

Energy Medicine offers self-help techniques to
