relaxation techniques with therapist through phone/AIM   Message List

Hello-
I'm a hypnotherapist who specializes in various relaxation
techniques, and I'm writing an article on helping people with PTSD
through relaxation. This really isn't designed to eliminate PTSD but
rather add a sense of calmness and ease, and to teach the person
with PTSD how to bring about this state at a future point in time.

To this end I'd like to include in my article a case study conducted
through the internet using AIM or a similar text messenger system.

What I'm looking for is someone who has PTSD, preferably a veteran,
who is interested in experiencing a relaxed, light, meditative state
and then to work with the person maybe an hour or so online to
direct them in how to use the techniques in the future.

It will involve both a phone call and about a one hour session
online. This is all free and I'll make the phone call. But the
person will have to sign something giving permission to have
the `chat log' be a part of the article.

My website is at www.jmhypno.com and if anyone has any questions,
feel free to e-mail me at john (at) jmhypno.com. Thanks—John.
