Got a thought for your pics and the time it is taking to upload them:
Resize them to about 640x480 px before you upload them. Ones I've
resized max out at 250Kb instead of a megabyte or more, and it makes
a HUGE difference in upload/download times without distorting the
picture. Just make sure you are reducing both the height and the
width by the same divisor ... say, halve or third each dimension. I'm
mathematically challenged, so I usually halve them! LOL
