panic attacks are hard at times, sounds like you had a reason to
suspect something, me i would not have even been able to call the
police, my panic attacks paralize me. i would have been laying in
bed doing a wonderful impression of a brick. i cant move i cant talk
i cant do anything. i think part of the reason i have my cat...is
because i was getting scared of every little noise....most of which
were my house settling...at least with the cat i could say...it;'s
just the cat...and roll over and go back to sleep...without him i
know i would have had MANY sleepless nights worried that someone was
in my house...when it was just house settling or window thru an open
wnidow.
