don't forget to call local VA hospitals. they almost always have a therapy and
support group, and it's been my expereince that they usually accept police and
firefighters, and sometimes rape victims.

clubs/groups here. i looked up
PCOS and i found a total of 3 clubs, all for war survivors. so i
made this with a name that i knew when you searched for a club, that
it would be found easily. now our family has grown, it may not be
huge, but it is a wonderful support group. if you would like to make
one online, i suggest a simple title ro be found easily on a search.
if you wish to have a place to go locally, where you can meet face to
face, you may want to speak to the local hospitals, i found that the
people who tend to know the most about support groups, other then the
people hosting them, are the hospital chaplains. even if they are
not the same religion as you they have seen many kinds of trauma and
are usually good at pointing people in the direction they need at the
time they need it in finding a support group. which ever way you
choose remember you are always welcome here, and we will always be
here for you as you need it.
