Well first, please do not use all Caps, it is considered to be yelling
online and is difficult to read.
second welcome to the family, feel free to post anything questions or
concerns you are having, read through posts make comments or ask
questions. We have all lived through/with PTSD and we understand that
it can be hard. You are free to tell us as little or as much as you
would like.
The first thing i always tell people dealing with PTSD is to start a
journal, it will help you to identify your triggers, then you can
start working on those triggers one at atime until you can overcome
them, or learn to avoid them.
