My name is Judy and I just joined this group. I have been diagnosed
with PTSD for about 5 years now. I am unsure if it is OK for me to join
this group as I was not a peace officer, fireman, etc. I was an
emergency response worker for child protective services. I am not sure
what to do or say, the rules are, etc. I hope it is alright to be in
this group as it has been difficult because most people just don't get
it, what it is like and it would be nice to talk to others who
understand.
