just like it takes a while to wean off it takes a while to wean back
onto it...
I went off medications a long time ago - my last on was paxil -
luckily it was not as bad for me as it is for you - i did continute
to take sleeping aids for about 3 months after going off the paxil
and then slowly weaned myself off of those - my main withdrawl was a
24 hour headache, naseau & the shakes - whcih lasted about 3 months -
when they stopped is when i finally started to wean myself off the
sleeping pills
You should speak to your doctor immediatly if you have not done so
already - tell them everything that is going on - they may be able to
get you something to help you sleep until you are adjusted back to
the medecine
Also you may want to reda up on how the medication works, not just
what you go thru when you come off it - sometimes understand how and
what the medication does and why helps you to understand what is
going on when you take it and dont take it and can help prepare you
for what is going on
take it day by day - we are here for you if you need to talk anytime
