you should not have any need to defend yourself or your feelings
here, and you hae a right to be worried, you would not be human if
you weren't. I think it is wonderful you have made peace with
yourself and you understand that he is doing what he needs & wants to
do, i think that makes you a very strong person. any time you need
help or someone to talk to we are here for you, and there is no need
to appologize for asking for help. remember even the strongest
person needs a helping hand once in a while. for those who may
debate you reguarding your stance on iraq, just remind them opinions
are like assholes....everybody has one.
although i may not support all of bush's motives to send out troops
to iraq, i will support the troops who are there 100%, wether or not
they (and others) feel they belong there. I think people who attack
the family and friends of those serving in iraq & afganistan need to
step back and look at themselves.
i was having lunch with a friend of mine who is in the military, and
some guy started with us in the pizza place about how the troops are
wrong for going there and how we should pull out and let them kill
themselves... i looked at the guy and very calmly told him, if a
child has a problem with what his teachers is doing, he does not have
a right to yell at his fellow students for what the teacher did, he
should go to his principal or guidance counseller. if an adult has a
problem with what his president does, he does not have a right to
yell at his fellow citizens, he should go to his congressman or
senator. It made the guy stop to think for a minute, and gave us
enough time to eat our lunches and get out of there.
