Apparently Buteyko does not help paranoia. :>) I have seen at least
two people ask how to be removed from this list that were not
responded to, so I finally advised them and was privately thanked.
It then dawned on me that others might have the same problem, hence
my message, clearing stating "other good lists" and not being
negative to this one. Certainly this would help clear the list of
other people that find they are in the wrong place. As so aptly put
by another of our members... "There can be NO arguments or debate
unless both sides participate. Silence can be powerful."

My message regarding other sites would be harmless to folks that want
to stay on this one and should not have caused any problem.

As to bonding the list, I hope so. Maybe we can hear more positive
input from folks WITH Emphysema.
