Sandra forwarded me a great TLC review from Dr Solaz and with it all

she said was:



"Just back from ETRC weekend- FAB all round!!!"



Guess she must be busy becoming a celebrity ahead of her radio

publicity tomorrow!

Hi Katie,



I was one of the participant of the Love Weekend, and it was absolutely

amazing!



The setting for the course was brilliant, peaceful, quiet, tranquil -

just the place to be when you are dealing with a whole range of

relationship issues.  I guess the funny part was "trying to find the

place", some of us just could not find the entrance!   It was a very

secluded area - just what we need - and such beauty of the Sussex

Countryside all around us.



It was a very intense 2 day workshop and we did cover a lot.  For each

exercise we paired up with another who we had not worked with, and

through it all - we all had fun and laughter, we all had a beautiful

space to work in, we chose where we wanted to be - whether it was in the

garden, indoors, by the trees - there was so much to choose from.



If you wanted to go for a swim - you could!



All of us were nurtured in the space we were in, I am honoured to have

been on this course this weekend and to have shared this with some

amazing fellow emotrancers - for their love, their light and for being

who they are.  Love you all xx

Hi Katie



I plan to do a report about the weekend. It was really great, but I am in catch

up mode, so give me a couple of days.

In fact just got home now after the radio interviews.....did anyone tune in?

I thought the first two were great Radio Solent and Bristol and the third one,

Manchester, could have been alot better.....i think i didnt get my message

across at all there....bit rambly.....softening and flowing me being a bit self

critical there !!! :-(



I shall clock that one down to experience !

Alex came along and took some pics and video'd a bit so Im sure we will get to

see them on the website soon.



Anyway off for a dip in the Solent to cool off now.

yoghurt lid today, a really neat one, things are coming along, if one can

believe yoghurt, and i do.  it's a seeing, lesley knows, which was very cool to

discover.

Brilliant, thank you for your fun and loving energy - its amazing.



I have also seen some hearts too.  Interesting!  It actually dawned on

me to "where am I feeling this in my body", so try it Nan, find out

where you are feeling it, soften and flow, allow the energy to flow.

Wow.  Remember, to use the"brillo pad" when it gets a bit sticky, and

you can speed it up too.



Have a go at using coloured "brillo pads" - cut up coloured cards, pick

out a colour you want to use, and then use it on your energy system.

Have fun .......

hi sandra!  i was just going to write about the solent radio, the bristol one i

only got extremely spotty reception, then napped.   But--- solent was brilliant,

wonderful, fun!  seemed to me the guy, who had been so impressed saying an

actual counselor, the other lady, would be interviewed too,  quickly focussed a

lot on you, said "Sa..."  and sandra is nodding a lot.....then to you,  which is

how i felt too, energy wise.  naturally.   look forward to hearing/seeing the

others!

alright! hearts too.  i did try the S&F, very nice!  and with color, found with

s and f ing having just read this, blocks showed up in particular colors, like

bright red, which made it more real to me and defined the area more;  and was

fun.

Sedgewick Park IS a magical place.



The beauty in this countryside is amazing.



In Sedgewick House gardens are wonderful trees that come from California

- so tall, so huge and vast - the energy flow from this wonderful

magnificent trees is amazing.  I thought they could only grow in

California.  The whole garden had a mix from everywhere, and whilst we

did our emotrance healing work - we chose where we needed to be - and

nourished ourselves with the flow of energy from the gardens.

Wonderful.



The weekend is fantastic, and I would highly recommend this to everyone

- JUST GO.



We all had a nurturing weekend, fun and laughter, and you should have

heard us when the word sex was mentioned!!
