Those of you who were at Living Energy might be familiar already with
the concept of an EmoTrance exorcism, but this is an interesting
variation on the topic, and a useful one, too.

You could think of it as pulling out a rotten tooth, or if you prefer,
to heal a disturbing erea that does not benefit us any longer.

I spoke tonight with someone who insisted that they were "stupid".

It became clear after a while that "the stupid thing" was blocking all
sorts of events and evolutions from unfolding; at one point I actually
saw it as a SOMETHING that was holding and snarling all kinds of
otherwise smooth and easy unfoldings.

It occurred to me then to ask where the person felt that "stupid thing"
(aka the thing that is causing them to think stupid, act stupid, and to
prevent information and change to come in and be absorbed correctly) in
their body.

A location immediately occurred to the person; interestingly enough, it
wasn't in the head but instead, the stupid "thing" resided in their
stomach.

The person said that it seemed to be composed of different things,
different layers - snarl ups in systems that were originally theirs but
also "alien energies".

That makes a lot of sense to me for no child is born thinking of
themselves as being stupid - you have to be told you are, you have to
have that "alien energy" injected in your system for it to even be there
as a concept at all.

A short while of "letting things go to where they belong", a bit of
"softening and flowing" and a spot of general healing and soothing the
newly connected systems later, and the person in question was no longer
"stupid".

This made them really amazed and rather joyous at that; it really
increased their presence, flow of ideas about the future and generally
made them happy to consider "life without stupidity".

So I would offer this as an idea to pass on to clients, or yourself,
namely to do a "removal" of some identity forming "thing" that has been
limiting you - it could be anything.

Stupidity, weakness, slovenliness, instability, stubborness, weasliness,
ugliness - you name it, it may be removed.

It doesn't take very long and is a wonderful experience as well as
undoubtedly being very beneficial to your energy system on the whole.

Hmmm ...

What would YOU remove then, first of all, if you could, right now?

And where would that be, in your body?
