I am wondering how to ET what I label this online conflict.

I asked myself where am I holding 'conflict' in my body, but cant feel
it..so..there must be a shield..which has been there for many years as a
survival
mechanism....I will experiment with pin pricking the shiled to let in a bit of
conflict energy, to experience what happens.

I wonder where disgusted feels disgusted in his/her body?

Right now I am feeling Nicola's 'Knight' energy, that comes out to protect
Silvia..where do I feel it....in my sternum and it flows down and out like an
upside down wishbonne..it feels warm and deep...and makes me want to cry....and
now it is flowing out thru my toes..yummy
