Wow Silvia, BIG HUGS.....you're a brave woman, I really believe its the
road less travelled to face your anxieties and allow them to be there to
tell you the truth. Thank you so much for sharing what you did. This is my
story as well.

Its interesting though, I also see the gift in your coping behaviour,
there's always a silver lining, you've achieved so much with your anxiety
soothing behaviour. But now to take away the anxiety as a motivator, what
would you do? I sometimes think its like that saying, Before Enlightenment
chop wood, after enlightenment chop wood. LOL. You may very well do the
same thing, but with awareness.
