I am most delighted that the guided self help session is working and you know
the funny thing....I just used it myself tonight !!

And it worked for me too !!!!! :-)) .....so I now know what you all mean !!!!

Oh .... to have myself as my own practitioner facilitator, patient, focussed,
objective, supportive...when I need it !!! So I will be a regular user of this
facility too ! :-))

I just think thats so funny !
