In PS we call these kinds of energies "hitchhikers".

I'm very pleased that you treated them kindly, with compassion and
followed the basic rule of "assisting things to be in their rightful
places" rather than turning the session into some hideous exorcism.

Also interesting for newbies should be the observation that ET and EFT
were used together here. When the client gets very - downhearted, for
the want of a better word, tapping is a good way to get them up enough
to start working with the energy forms consciously again.

It seems to me - and has for quite some time now - that it is a really
important job that each one of us has to do every day is not to read the
mail or go to work as the primary target, but to keep one's vibrations
UP and refuse to be pulled down into states of magic failure and misery.

In those states I'm sure we are much more likely to attract the
equivalent of astral fleas and other forms of energetic parasites, may
they have a consciousness or not.

I would also remind anyone who is having trouble with their states to
remember the Heart Healing exercise. If you have little energy to give
or you're low, THAT'S the place to leverage what you have left to give
for an upward turn into a virtuous spiral that brings you back to
operating capacity.

I would also advise to PRESCRIBE Heart Healing, 3x a day, just like you
would take a pill, for people who've been through a major energy session
in order to stabilize the gains and get the new states firmly established.

- existing energetic realities, energy forms, and that's all they are,
no matter how bugging or otherwise negative they may appear!
