hi sandra! i was just going to write about the solent radio, the bristol one i
only got extremely spotty reception, then napped. But--- solent was brilliant,
wonderful, fun! seemed to me the guy, who had been so impressed saying an
actual counselor, the other lady, would be interviewed too, quickly focussed a
lot on you, said "Sa..." and sandra is nodding a lot.....then to you, which is
how i felt too, energy wise. naturally. look forward to hearing/seeing the
others!

I plan to do a report about the weekend. It was really great, but I am in catch
up mode, so give me a couple of days.
In fact just got home now after the radio interviews.. ...did anyone tune in?
I thought the first two were great Radio Solent and Bristol and the third one,
Manchester, could have been alot better.....i think i didnt get my message
across at all there....bit rambly.....softenin g and flowing me being a bit self
critical there !!! :-(

I shall clock that one down to experience !
Alex came along and took some pics and video'd a bit so Im sure we will get to
see them on the website soon.

Anyway off for a dip in the Solent to cool off now.
