Hi Dakota,

Welcome to the group and great to hear you have had such a fantastic
start with ET!

The thing is you know ET is working for you, that you can get energy
to move, and as Johan says, some body movement may be just what's
required to shift that energy in your chest along with continued
softening and flowing.

You will find Energy Dancing helps enormously and I have a strong
feeling one of those tracks is exactly what you need to completely
clear that, effortlessly.

It's always nice to do ET with someone in person but it was
originally developed over the telephone so that's a possibility if
you can't find anyone near you though we have an ET training in New
York in November so why not try and get over to that?
