"Hmmm...", I thought when I first read about Energy Dancing, "sounds
interesting...", and
that was it.
Then those messages started pouring in. "Hmmm...!, I thought, "...so what IS
this?"
And finally I downloaded the set and had a first listen-in with a bit of
movement...
"Well... not bad...", I thought...

Today I went through the whole thing without interruption..... and ......
WOW!!!

What a bouquet of emotions - some sadness, some fear, joy, yes - triumph, and a
lot I
cannot remember or name...
What a plethora of bodily sensations....
It all came so easily and naturally.
Hard to say which track could be my favorite. I guess deep soul was the
strongest one for
me in this round.

Isn't Silvia just incredible?!! To come up with this!! Quite a genius. And a
wonderful and
amazing person.
