margreet, i had that same experience with my hands during snake dance
and already my wrists are much more stronger and flexible.

and this morning i had to adjust my rear view mirror, it was like i
had grown a couple of inches!

i thought this was just dealing with emotional stuff can it realy be
having an effect on my body like this?
